Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aidrawvideo.com ("AIDrawVideo", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your AIDrawVideo account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live if you buy a paid plan.

2. What the service does

You upload an image and AI generates a video that simulates it being drawn or painted. The result is a creative approximation, not a record of how the image was actually made. Output quality varies and generation can occasionally fail.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the images you upload and the videos generated from them.
• You give us permission to store and process your uploads only as needed to run the service for you.
• You confirm you have the right to upload each image, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload or generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, involves minors inappropriately, harasses or impersonates real people, or promotes violence or hate. Don't try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Each generated video uses credits. Free accounts receive a small signup allowance.
• Subscriptions (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each paid month adds that plan's credits.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs are one-off purchases.
• Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If a video fails because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll restore the credits.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep AIDrawVideo running smoothly but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIDrawVideo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
