AIDrawVideo ("we", "us") runs aidrawvideo.com, a service that turns an uploaded image into a painting-process video. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Google account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We do not get your password or access to any other Google data.
• Images you upload and the videos we generate from them.
• Account and billing records: your plan, credit balance, credit history and subscription status.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, errors).

How we use it

• To sign you in and run your account.
• To generate your videos and show them in your dashboard.
• To process payments, grant credits and manage subscriptions.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account or important changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Your Google profile data is used only to create and identify your AIDrawVideo account.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run AIDrawVideo, each for its own part of the job:

• Google — sign-in.
• Stripe — payments and billing.
• RunPod — GPU servers that process your image into a video.
• Hostinger — web hosting, database and file storage.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data, uploads and videos while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time using the contact below. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires.

Your choices

• Access, correct or delete your data by contacting us.
• Cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page.
• Remove AIDrawVideo's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

We use HTTPS, signed payment webhooks and restricted server access to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

AIDrawVideo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
