- A video failed: nothing is charged — the credit (or your free preview) comes back automatically. You can try again with a clearer photo.
- Not happy with a paid HD video: tell us within 7 days and we'll refund that video or give the credit back (money-back promise).
- Billing and cancelling: manage your plan from My videos, or email us.
- Deleting your photos or account: email us and we will remove your data. See the privacy policy.
